“Process Efficiency Optimization”
PEO is an engineering- and service-driven group with over 35 years of experience in the laundry, healthcare, heavy industry, and warehouse logistics sectors.
Established in 1990, PEO has specialized in laundry systems, machine servicing, and operational support since the early development of the industry.

Laundry
Ideal Laundry is PEO’s healthcare laundry operation, built to serve hospitals and medical facilities where reliability and consistency are critical.
With over 10 years of direct experience in healthcare laundry operations, Ideal Laundry focuses on service responsiveness, flexibility, and an understanding of the real challenges hospitals face — from fluctuating demand to system disruptions.
We have worked with more than 50 hospitals across Thailand and currently support a selected group of partners to ensure quality and continuity in every engagement.

Group
PEO Group represents the shared engineering expertise and service foundation behind all operating companies.
It provides technical knowledge, industry experience, and practical support — particularly in laundry system design, machine servicing, and operational problem-solving.
PEO Group exists to ensure that each business is grounded in real capability, not just commercial ambition.

Tech
PEO Tech focuses on on-premise logistics and movement within facilities.
The company specializes in shopping carts, wheels and casters, and supporting components such as industrial grease and oil that enable smooth, safe, and efficient micro-movement within operational environments.
PEO Tech supports sectors where movement reliability matters — retail, healthcare, logistics, and large facilities — helping the world move, one system at a time.

PEO
PEO was founded in 1990 by Mr. Suthep Suthanapun, Founder and MD of PEO, an engineer by training, at a time when industrial laundry and supporting systems were still developing in the region.
Working directly with hospitals and large facilities, he observed that many operational failures stemmed not from effort, but from systems designed without sufficient understanding of real-world use.
This led to a clear philosophy — Engineer first. Function first.
From machine sales and servicing to complete system design, PEO focused on reliability, maintainability, and performance in critical environments.
More than three decades later, this mindset continues to guide PEO’s work: solving real operational problems through practical engineering and responsible service.
